Our founder, Joe Lillington, is an experienced educator with over six years of teaching in China, Thailand and the UK. As an Academic Manager in China, Joe was responsible for recruiting and hiring teachers from around the globe. His first-hand experience in navigating the challenges of international recruitment and the cultural transition has shaped Fly to Teach’s mission: to make the journey of teaching abroad smoother and more accessible for teachers based in the UK and the West.
